4th of July Parade
July 4 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pmFree
Starting a little later this year at 12:00.
Bring your bikes, classic cars, wagons and feet! Let’s celebrate our freedom and our neighborhood.
If you aren’t in the parade, come out and cheer on all the participants from your front yard!
Meet at the Pool parking lot.
Support the day by ordering a T-shirt.
Rout will go up to the end of 204th AVE this year before taking a right and working our way to 206th and back to the lower loop.
The 4th of July will look a little different this year. We will still have our 5K run, Parade and Picnic. As Fireworks are no longer legal in King County, we will have a band play on the lower field along with park games to play. In the evening one of our neighbors has generously offered to provide a legal firework display. We are also in the process of hiring two off duty police officers as well as working with the King county sheriffs office to provide a safe and fun 4th of July holiday. Keep a lookout on our website for soon to follow fundraising and volunteer request announcements to help with the best day of the year.
Thank you as always,
Maple Hills Board
Note: Board meetings occur on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm. Location is usually at the Fire House. Contact the board for more information.
