Yoga on the Inside

Join Dani Scott, the most fabulous yoga instructor, for yoga on the inside. Each Monday, unless otherwise stated, from 4:30-5:30pm at the fire station, Dani will take us through yoga postures and breath work to build your flexibility and whole body health. The classes are appropriate for very beginners to experienced practitioners. Class is $18 for members and $21 for non members.

Let’s share the art of this beautiful practice together and if your curious, please join us. Variations will be available for everyone ! I have some yoga blankets and blocks to bring. Please bring a yoga mat. I will bring a few extra mats so if you don’t have one, come as you are!
Note: Board meetings occur on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm. Location is usually at the Fire House. Contact the board for more information.
