Welcome to Maple Hills

The best place to call home…

Rooted in our incorporation July 1, 1959, nestled in between the Renton Highlands and Issaquah, the Maple Hills neighborhood has grown into an active and supportive community in its 65 years. Despite the deceptive rural atmosphere, there are apx. 450 houses that call Maple Hills home. Our boundaries include a playground, expansive grass field park, baseball field, park shelter, community clubhouse, community pool, and even an elementary school. Our members enjoy spacious areas to walk dogs, jog, bike, and play. We host a number of annual events including a Polar Plunge, Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July (5k, parade, hot dog picnic, live music and fireworks), National Night Out, Pumpkin Carving, and Santa Breakfast.
