The MHMC (Maple Hills Maintenance Company) Pool is open to paid members, including those who live within the bounds of the Maple Hills neighborhood. The MHMC Board allows outside membership to the community pool at an annual cost, which is evaluated in January. Outside members must renew their membership each year by submitting an application for the swim season.

Returning outside members receive priority for membership. However, if a returning member skips a year, they forfeit their priority as well as the new member registration fee and must join a waitlist to reapply. Previous year membership does not guarantee a spot for the current year unless payment is made by February 15th.

  • Each year the membership fee is evaluated in conjunction with the review of the pool budget, normally in December/January. The 2025 outside membership cost is $750. New outside members are also required to pay a $100 administrative fee.

  • The pool manager emails all prior year outside members with the current year information, application, and payment options. This email normally goes out at the end of January/beginning of February and it comes from poolmaplehills@gmail.com.

    We have reached our maximum outside membership capacity for the 2024 season. If you are interested in joining our pool as an outside member, please fill out the waitlist form. If we have a spot open up, we will be in contact with you.

  • Each year the MHMC Board reviews the pool attendance numbers for overcrowding. Provided that there was not an issue with overcrowding or providing appropriate lifeguard coverage, the outside member cap is typically 50-60 families.
