Dues payment slips are sent out by Condominium Management at the beginning of January. Dues can be paid by check, online through Condominium Management, or online through Maple Hills Square account.
We are not a traditional HOA. In fact we are technically a maintenance company. The Board is charged with maintaining the assets in the neighborhood.
Regular upkeep of the park grounds (ie. mowing, patching, seeding, and overall landscaping needs)
Maintenance/replacement of the playground equipment and wood chips
Maintenance of the tennis and basketball courts and baseball field
Maintenance of the pool and pool house (ie. heater repairs/replacement, chairs, resurfacing, equipment, utilities etc)
Salaries for the pool staff
Funding or partially funding events that are not funded by sponsorship or donations
Monthly fire station loan payments
Maintenance and improvements to the fire station (utilities, etc)
Property taxes and insurance
Street lights
Reserves for capital planning

If you find yourself unable to pay the whole amount, always reach out to the Board to set up a payment plan. We are very willing to work with our neighbors!
To vote at an annual meeting, dues must be paid (be in good standing)
To access facilities, such as the pool, you must have your dues paid and in good standing. The pool system is updated on May 1st of each year, so to avoid any issues, please ensure your payment is made by that date.
When we need to borrow money to do maintenance like we may need to do with the fire station, we are evaluated on the percentage of paying dues members.

Annual dues are mailed or emailed in the January/February timeframe each year. You must opt in to receive statements electronically. Annual dues are in full upon receipt.

Yes! Dues can be paid online through Condominium Management. Go to https://propertypay.firstcitizens.com/ and sign in using your contact information. The Management Company ID is 5501 and the Association ID is 65. The property number is on your payment coupon, listed at the Account Number. There is a fee for paying online through Condominium Management.
You can also pay online through the Maple Hills Square account by contacting the Board to have an invoice sent to you for payment. There is a 3% fee to use this service.
