I agree that I will be solely responsible for ensuring this event is run in a timely manner ensuring all participants/sellers/crafters are on time and set up prior to the start of this event.

I understand that the success of this event is due to my actions and preparedness, not that of the HOA.

I understand that the Maple Hills Events team will be unable to step in and complete set up or creation of this event in the case that I am unable.
