Since our incorporation on July 1, 1959, our neighborhood—tucked between the Renton Highlands and Issaquah—has flourished into a vibrant and supportive community.
Home to approximately 450 households, we enjoy a beautiful balance of nature and amenities, including a playground, park, baseball field, clubhouse, pool, and our very own elementary school. Whether you're walking, jogging, biking, or playing, there's plenty of space to connect and unwind.
We also love bringing neighbors together with annual events like the Polar Plunge, Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July festivities, National Night Out, Pumpkin Carving, and the Santa Breakfast.
